Retail Firewood Suppliers to Eastern and South Eastern Suburbs

	Surrey Hills Firewood Supplies only stock firewood from registered woodcutters from certified plantations and government approved sites. All other timber is either fallen from storm damage or dead from old age Only 'A' grade firewood is sold from our Surrey Hills yard. All 'B' and 'C" grade firewood is sold and used locally at its source.
	All paddocks in Gippsland from which firewood is harvested are thouroughly cleaned and re-sown to pasture for agricultural use. It is our policy not to remove any stands of living trees and indeed leave standing clusters of very old dead trees for native wildlife habitat. Trees are definitely not taken from areas susceptable to soil erosion.
